    CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A man threatening to jump off a train bridge on Cleveland's East Side has closed traffic along Cedar Road, police said. The incident began about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. A man threatened to jump off the train bridge over Cedar Road at the Cedar-University RTA train stop, near the Cleveland-Cleveland Heights border, according to police.
