CLEVELAND, Ohio - Monday's storms and whipping winds are not over yet. The thunderstorms will weaken today to regular rain showers, with the greatest threat in the morning slowly diminishing as the day progresses. Accompanying the storms are wind gusts topping 30 mph at times. At least the rain will slightly reduce pollen to a medium-high level.
