CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland police are asking for the public's help to find a 5-year-old boy taken Sunday by his non-custodial parent. Damian Perry Jr. was taken from the 900 block of Ida Avenue, near St. Clair Avenue in the city's St. Clair-Superior neighborhood, Cleveland police spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia said.
