    CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Three people were taken to hospitals early Sunday after a two-vehicle crash on the city's East Side, police say. One of the people injured was a city worker in a truck painting lines on the shoulder of Interstate 90 near East 55th Street, WJW Channel 8 reports. Police say the truck was flipped in the crash, which occurred at about 4 a.m.. The city worker was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center but there is no information on his condition.
