CLEVELAND, Ohio -- An off-duty Cuyahoga County Sheriff's deputy shot a pit bull after it attacked two people, including a 6-year-old girl, in Cleveland Tuesday night, police said. CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A man was was arrested Tuesday following a brief SWAT standoff on the city's East Side, police said.
