CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland.com is joining other newsrooms in a nationwide effort to accurately report on hate crimes in a massive project led by the non-profit investigative news organization ProPublica. There is currently no reputable or reliable database that tracks hate-crime incidents. CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland man fatally shot on Tuesday was driven to an East Side neighborhood and dumped out of a car, police say.
