    CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland man was robbed and shot when he met up with a woman on the city's East Side, police say. Police began investigating around 11:50 p.m. Saturday after the victim flagged down officers and told them he'd been shot on Iowa Avenue, east of Eddy Road in the Forest Hills neighborhood.
