    CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Fast-moving thunderstorms moved through Northeast Ohio early Wednesday morning, bringing strong winds that were knocking out power throughout the region. The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Portage and Trumbull counties.
