Cleveland issues snow emergency parking ban
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A snow emergency parking ban has been issued for the city of Cleveland until further notice. Stopping, standing and parking vehicles will be prohibited on streets with posted red and white signs, Cleveland police say. Parking will not be allowed on snow emergency streets that are for transportation, moving food and fuel supplies, medical care, fire, health and police protection and other services of the city.
