CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- A woman, her son and newborn baby are safe Sunday after a fire broke out in their Cleveland Heights apartment. The fire ignited about 1:48 p.m. in the upstairs unit of a duplex on East Overlook Road, firefighters said.
